Well duh! The multiple orgasm EXISTS. It's one of the few pluses to being a woman. And if it weren't for the Big O, I'm sure there would be less women having sex. I'd still be a virgin, if I couldn't (since I don't see myself having babies ever).

Yes, many females can and do. Often, however, it's somewhat different to a male orgasm and can be repeated immediately.

Not all females, however, can reach orgasm.

Orgasm is primarily a male response, necessary for a male to reproduce. Violent, involuntary contractions propel the sperm-bearing seminal fluid from the prostate down through the penis and so into the vagina.

Females who have been exposed to high testosterone levels in the first three months of fetal life and who as adults have high testosterone levels are very much more likely to reach orgasm than women with low testosterone levels.

Some women who were exposed to high testosterone levels during fetal life and have had consistently high testosterone levels experience greater than normal levels of development of the paraurethral glands which enables them not only to reach orgasm very readily but to ejaculate from the paraurethral glands into the urethra. The fluid which is ejected is identical in composition to male seminal fluid. When a woman ejactulates in that way the orgasm is much more like a male orgasm -- four or five consecutive violent contractions followed by an inability to repeat the orgasm for some time.
