Yep - they can be satellites, the space shuttle, the space station or just bright bits of space junk. There's a lot up there in orbit...
Sometimes you'll be looking at a star that's not moving at all...I forget what it's called, but it's some sort of illusion when you focus on something at night it looks as if it's moving even when it's not.
no, they are HUGE stars even when they don't look like it
