how can i help a friend befor she dose something stupid please help ???

Hi one of my friends had a heroin problem for 20 years but is now clean and has been for 5 years but 2 yrs ago she came of goverment meds and is goin a bit west she says she hears voices and is worryed because ppl can channel into her thoughts and get her locked up im really worried and really want to help. i dont understand drugs and have never taken them so im stuck on what to do. do i tell or do i help ????
