Best Acne Treatment Products???

I have yet to find a product that helps me fight acne effectively. Does anyone have any recommendations that I should try? I would like something that works really fast if that is possible. I have been thinking about ordering Pronexin, but I don't know how well it works and I don't want to get ripped off again :( Thank You :)
