It is a law in most states that the manufacturer of pocket bikes state where these bikes can't be ridden. The are not allowed on sidewalk, roadway, or any other part of a highway, or on a bikeway, bicycle path or trail, equestrian trail, hiking or recreational trail, or on public lands open to off-highway motor vehicle use.

yes u can legalize it. jus add turn signals etc to meet state regulations. they come wit a title and VIN#. these ppl dont know wat they are talking about when they say u cant reg it.
