A Lt Col, is usually referred to as simply "Colonel." "Colonel Smith", even if Smith is a Lt. Col. If they're familiar with each other, they sometimes use first names. Otherwise, they'll address them as does eveyone else, "Colonel Smith" or "General Smith."

If the pledge of allegiance is said to pledge your allegiance to the United States, and be loyal to your country, why isn't it said anymore? Don't say it's because of God, It's not God's fault.
