Unlike high blood pressure, which can be numerically defined as anything over 130/80, low blood (hypotension) is indicated by symptoms that arise from low blood flow through veins and arteries. The most common of these is lightheadedness. Though there is no number that can definitely be said to be too low for blood pressure readings, something as low as 100/60 could be low enough for someone to experience the symptoms of low blood pressure.
