How does the "send two dollars to these people" to become a millionaire scheme actually work? has anyone tried this scheme out?

    No, they don't work. I've never really tried it, but those are chain letters. In order for them to work, everybody would constantly be having to send two dollars. They are not going to do this as two dollars to every address at the end of a letter they receive is going to be quite costly!
