Court: OK To Gossip Behind Boss' Back
It's OK to use derogatory and vulgar language about your superiors in the office as long as it is done behind their backs, a Malaysian court has ruled. What is your opinion of this ruling?

It seems bad, but honestly, we always know that people are going to do that. I know this is Malaysian, but in the US, there is free speech, so it is already really a right of the people.

All i have to say is thank god for freedom of speech because if I lived in mlaysian I might be in prison right now.

I think people should usually be able to say whatever they want, but it's always lame of people to talk shit behind other people's backs, their boss or not. I always think that if you have a problem with someone, you say it to their face, not behind their back.

In my office we are very close knit but slag each other off to our faces. If it needs to be said its said.

Nothing new there. If you do it in FRONT of your boss either you're very stupid or want to quit, doesn't matter the country you're in.
