I am in the military so I rarely ever get to bed before 12 at night, then have to wake up at 4:30 during the week. On the weekends, you cant find me...lol

I usually go to bed about 10 or 11, but I always read for an hour or so.

If you're miserable next morning, then you're probably not getting enough sleep. Everybody needs different amounts, but I know it's been estimated that most people get too little. I usually go to bed around 11 and wake about 7 with or without the alarm. I think if you look at what time you wake up naturally, that will tell you how much sleep you should be getting.

Usually about 11 pm ,sometimes 10.30 pm or just gone 11 pm.Try to go to bed a bit earlier e.g. 10.30 pm.My suggestion is go to bed 10 mins earlier every night until you adjust to a new time.You might find you perform better at work and enjoy it more too.

Between 11.30pm and 2.30am, and I get up between 5 and 6am. I just don't need all that much sleep.

At 20 something you need more than you are getting especially with a bipolar Dx on board... sleep is restorative especially with any imbalances even if well controlled. Lack of sleep induces chemical changes making it difficult to adjust any medication and a 20 somethings hormone levels may become severely depressed. Set a routine..Bed by nine-ten with NO exceptions and up at your usual time. Bathing or showering will help just prior to retiring. Good luck and sweet dreams. Over the counter Melatonin or Valerian root may help as well. As to your question I work the early shift 6a-3p and get to bed by 9:30 at the latest, awaken at 4:30.

Usually between 11 & 12...lately though it's been more like 12 or 1.

I would like to be in bed by 10pm (11pm latest)but this never happens as there is never enough hours in the day to get everything done so it usually ends up being 12 or 1am and then it starts all over again!

I always go to bed at 1am dosnt matter if im at work or not i have got into the habit of going at that time.

I try to go to bed between 10 p.m. 11:30 p.m. This doesn't always happen, but I try.

Depends what shift I'm working. Tomorrow, for example, I've to be in the office by 6am, so I'll curl up under my duvet by 10pm, and set my alarm for 5am....

Somewhere between 1am and 2am...I have to get up at 7am and yes, I am always tired...
