false accuse of car accident
Enter description here...I'm false accused of a car accident (left turn problem) on 22nd, and I received a call from insurance company today (7 days after the accident they claim). I'm very sure I did not have an accident at the place and time they claim, though I was at somewhere around, but I was in a show room, and people there can prove my alibi. The problem is, I had a car accident on 23rd, and there's a damage of my car at the right side of my car(left turn accident, which might be very similar with the accident i've been false accused, so I'm really worried), which I already reported when that accident happened. And now the insurance company want me to go to their place and check the damage situation of my car. I don't know how did they get my car plate number...
What should I do? What should I say to prove my innocence? I've already let my witness know that I might need his help.
