The first equation cannot be correct because you start with two nitrogen (N) atoms from the (NO3)2 groups and end up with 4 from the 4NaNO3. The third equation does't balance because you start with 7 oxygen (O) atoms - (NO3)2 makes six plus the one from the NaOH - but you end up with 8 - two from (OH)2 and six from 2NaNO3. So the equation that balances is the middle one.
