they were cute.

I liked it and just remembered it - Hi janacide
-
I thought so too. Instead now we have these serious + and - buttons. The thumbs up and down, sort of looked more interesting, as if it were really helpful, not just to uprate or downrate by points.
-
I concur! It was simple and straight-forward.
-
Actually, there was a huge stink about those thumbs, many, many people complained. I can't remember why... I prefer the way it is now though, plain and simple, positive vs. negative. I guess the AB staff just can't win!
-
Doesn't Yahoo/A have those?
-
I did like them. However, they didn't always work well.
-
I miss the old answer bag. Not just the thumbs up and down but the whole set up.
-
Was that back when instead of the present ratings, they had A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, etc? Because I missed those ones. I don't really like the current point system.
-
kinda. i like dis 2 tho
-
I liked it the way it was because it specified what your + or - was for... helpful or not helpful. Now, there is no guideline and people can feel at liberty to abuse the plus and minus as they see fit just because they didn't agree or didn't like the answer. Now when someone downrates us, we can't say "How was that Not Helpful?" because it no longer says that is what they were rating.
