I would like folks also to know the history of the term "Blue Chip"...it originally came from the "Blue Chips", which are the highest valued chips used in the casinos in Vegas, AtlanticCity, etc. and investors decided early in the 20th century to give the large profitable, favorable companies this honored distinction!
