    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

First time applicants must pay a fee of $375 to register a trademark by paper filing. Filling electronically is slightly discounted, with a registration fee of either $275 or $325, depending on the type of application filed.

It all depends on whether you are trying to register a trademark in your state, or federally.

Registering your trademark in your state is often cheaper and quicker.

State trademark fees range greatly. Some states charge $10 per each class in which you register your trademark, others charge $30, $50, or even $100 per classification.

For help filing a state trademark please call (305)848-8277 or visit www.VirtualLegalServices.com

Virtual Legal Services charges only $95 plus the state filing fee.
