I used to get dragon lady PMS. We're talking the cats and he-bitch cowering as I crushed plebeians beneath my claws. Cramping, water retention, mood swings, all that delightful stuff. After finding out that I have a blood sugar condition, I had to cut out all sugar and refined carbohydrates. It's a pretty drastic diet but almost all my PMS symptoms cleared up after a few months. My boyfriend and the cats are getting uppity now that I don't put them in their place every few weeks.
