Question

Help answer this question below.

My car, Suzuki Liana, moves by it self while driving without moving the steering.

It feels like something is happening in the back, with the wheels, but we can't find anything that is wrong or not functioning right. Can you suggest something that might not be functioning right so we can check it out? This mostly happens when I drive into a small irregularity on the road, then the car starts to turn to left, right, left, right constantly for a while without moving the steering, even though the road is even. It feels like the car is sliding but it isn't, its turning by itself. can you help me?
