How can i wean an 18 year old male, yes 18, onto fruit and veg? Salads etc etc

LOL!!! I say forget it!! If you reach that age and still don't like it you never will. My husband call's it rabbit food. Why worry if he eat's it or not he's 18!!!! :)

By the time someone is 18, this is a difficult prospect. At 18 they are an adult who can make their own decisions, and if they want to decide to try eating veges/fruit then they will. A girl that they want to impress may be the only way I could think of, as otherwise 18 year old guys do not generally care too much about what they eat. The time for forming food preferences by another person is when the target is a child, as opposed to when they are an adult.
