Which is better, Dreamworks Animation or Disney/Pixar?

Pixar (not Disney!). They produced Finding Nemo, which is, in my opinion, the best animated kids film ever made. However, Pixar has released the disgustingly bad The Incredibles, and Dreamworks made Shrek. But then, Dreamworks loses it's status there for releasing Shrek 2, a film that rivals The Incredibles in sheer mediocrity.
