Doesn't orange have a website with helpful hints? My provider is Verizon Wireless and I can get any help I would need in their website. He should go also to any electronics store and ask there. Good luck.
BTW - if you would call each other instead of texting , you could hear by his tone and voice whether he is flirting with you. Makes the experience not so robotic.....
