Why not. If I'm going to starve to death without eating them. The only things that could happen is they could poison me and I could die, which if I don't have food that would happen anyway, I could find edible mushrooms that will keep me alive or I could have one hell of a hallucinagenic trip.

You're better off trying something else. Most wild mushrooms are poisonous.

Assuming it was cool enough were things hadn't spoiled it's probably time to "meat" some of your fellow passengers. Actually a human can easilly live three days without food-I'd be more concerned about water, protection from the elements and a program to help me be found by someone I wanted to find me.
