I use Hand-TV on a Motorola Q, and it works reasonably well for me. What you want to watch is the bandwidth requirement listed under the channel. For example, CNET needs little bandwidth, yet CNN needs more. The bottom line is that the service seems signal-dependent and I wind up carefully watching how good a signal I have before I start the program. Of course, this relates to Sprint's signal, which is a different issue.
