Do any or all of the first three. You'll feel much better! : )

WOW. Where do you live that it's warm enough to take a bike ride or job. It's in the 20's here. I think you should AB, then exercise, then AB. AB will always be here (except Tues for scheduled upgrade).
-
Given the coice, I'd go for the run. It's cheaper, and not crowded, something you could do alone.

The 20s, and even plus or minus from zero, is great for cycling or running. It does take investment in layered gear of special wicking fabrics. I have not let the temperatures stop such things in 30 years. Gyms are expensive membership-driven places where people pay a lot of money and don't go. They thrive on guilt and loose motivation. Paying money does not buy self-startership, regardless of what the membership salespeople say. The outdoors is always available, always open, and spontaneous to use.

bike ride or jog...bet you'll be happy you got outside and enjoyed the weather when it's all over. GO FOR IT!
-
I'd usually go for a run, but a bike ride is long overdue for myself. You, however, may continue to sit. :)
-
No one except you and ONLY YOU can decide what is good for you!
-
How about making up your own mind and forgetting about what you "should" do? Who determines that anyway?, some bored idiot like me who can't think of anything better to do with their time that answering this 'who cares what you do' question?
-
The gym, you are wasting money by not going.
-
You should buy a bike where you can exercise while you are on Answerbag. That would take care of two things. Don't just sit. Or if you have a swivel chair you can turn your lower body and exercise. The problem might be "can you do two things at once?"
-
Go to the gym and lift some weights.
-
It's a nice day out, go for a bike ride :)
-
Jog to the gym and sit on a bike there.
