Budapest honestly. I have been to Brussels a few times and I have to say.. not that much intrigues me there as much as Budapest does. The scenery in Budapest is way more interesting.

I haven't been to Budapest (would love to), but I have been to Brussels, and can tell you that if you choose to go there, you won't regret it. The main square is just like being back in the middle ages, the art museums are fantastic, and the shopping is great. But, from what I have seen of Budapest, it is also gorgeous...if I could only choose one, I would flip a coin....:-)

Brussels is Belgium's second most ugly city( Liege or Luik has the first prize), so i would go to Budapest.
