Almost all of the rivers that flow into the Great Lakes/ St. Lawrence Seaway would fit that description, as well as any rivers entering the Ohio or Missouri Rivers from the south. Rivers in Norther Alaska generally do, too. The San Joaquin River in California is another north-flowing river that pops to mind.
