If you were lost in the forest with nothing except clothes and a knife could you survive a week?

Yes, I could. I would be really onery and dehydrated, but I would still be living.

I want to believe i could, but i'm going to say i couldn't. I love the outdoors but i don't do to well when its raining or cold. So it would really depend where i was put in the world. I'm not that great at defending for myself...its a weakness i know.

No, I would drop dead from dehydration I am sure. Maybe I would go so berserk I would slit my wrists with the knife and bleed to death first.

Yes. I know my edible plants pretty durn well, and could fashion some type of shelter out of branches and shrubs :p

Yes. I would use the knife to cut food, etc. I would make a small house out of plants, wood, etc. I can survive. If I can think of Archie and the gang, then I can survive.

Of course! all you need is a knife. There are plants in the forest that make excellent insect repellant. For food, I'm sure there will be at least one thing in the Forest to eat. Shelter will be a piece of cake to make. As for water, you would'nt be able to drink from the lake coz it's not clean so you'd have to find water on the leaves from the rain to drink! :P

not at all unfortanitly im a verry picky eater so....yea i might last for atleast a day or two maybe less.....lol if i was stranded there w/ my freinds it'd be cooler lol we'd make it just like giligins isle. (i think thats how it's spelled)

Okay -- if I'm someplace with coconuts or lots of raspberries, or other food that's easy to recognize as food, and easy to get at, then YES, I'd make it. But put me somewhere else, and it would definitely be a struggle & not fun at all. I like to camp sometimes, but with plenty of packaged food, and a flashlight. And.. clean well water and a bathroom nearby. It's really a shame that most of us wouldn't have the faintest idea of how to survive in the forest for a week, yet us humans lived the simple life for a few million years. In the last couple hundred years, machines sure have made things easier.

lol, i think it would be way cooler with my friends, like eleni said!! and i am pretty picky also, not as much as eleni...lol, but still picky...we would survive for at least four days, lol!
