What's the most ridiculous "clean" insulting name you've ever publicly called someone, because you didn't wish to curse/swear at them in front of ladies? (I once called a dude a "DIP-THONG," whist watching my language.)

When my wife's obnoxious nieces start acting up, she will refer to them as the perfect form of birth control. (when talking to other people, not to the kids)
