I love the old Rebel songs some of the music and words are very beautiful and moving. I like all the Riverdance type music too I was going to attempt to spell the Gaelic but will not attempt it at the moment

I started singing as a folk singer. A good percentage of the songs were traditional Irish-"The Trees They Grow High" "The Foggy Dew". Even a lot of the early Australian folk songs were composed by Irish convicts and settlers eg "16 000 miles". so, I would say that good proper Irish music is part of my cultural heritage as well as my musical heritage.

The best music in the world. But then again,I'm Irish. Given names:Michael Patrick. It's interesting. My Dad's given names were Patrick Henry and I was born on March 23rd, the day American Patriot Patrick Henry gave his famous 'Give me liberty or give me death' speech in 1775. It's been my credo my whole life.Did I mention I'm Irish?

Well i'm 100% Irish so I love the Irish mucic lol , my favourite has to be Wolfe Tones .

I have a set of Irish bagpipes and have taken lessons.I play the flagolette and find that traditional Irish music stirs the soul.The tunes and the lyrics are beautiful.
