Real story and a pretty embarrasing time but it worked... When I was in gymnastic competitions ancient years ago my cousin would come do my hair the night before and she would make me wear a pair of silk panties on my head (brand new of course) to keep it from messing up while I slept. Hope it gives everyone a good laugh. I have to laugh about it these days.
