On AB do you mark down anyone who just happens to disagree with you?

I personally do not. I will mark down people for giving retarded or thoughtless answers. But I have seen others marked down for no obvious reason, probably out of disagreement.

No, I mark down those who I know answer incorrectly though.

No, only those who are offensive. If someone is incorrect I will inform them of that via a comment. I want to expand my views, and appreciate that there are many opinions.

No, I respect their opinion. People should not be marked down unless their answer is complete nonsence or offensive. Almost all the time, I rate people up.

NO, I never downrate anyone. I have used the thumbs down twice since I have been on AB. and that was a Troll using really foul language. Everyone has a right to their own opinion and because it is not the same as my own does not make it any less valid.

Never, only if I think they have not made a credible effort to answer the question. Even then I often just don't rate them at all.

Of course not!! Is not the whole reason for this site to get other peoples opinions?!! I did down rate an answer once and make a comment. I told them that their answer was offensive, rude and not much help and when I checked a few minutes later, the answer had been erased. (Along with the comment I made.)

No I don't. I can't remember a time when everyone agreed with me, so I surmise my opinion will differ from others here on AB as well. I was surprised though that it bothered me when I was down rated. I'm a grown woman and my first thought was "I quit", but I'm still here!

No. I do however mark down idiotic,inane question that seem to be posed just because someone can't think of anything intelligent and/or penetrating to ask.You know the kind. What's your fav color? How do you like your eggs? When you finish eating cereal,do you drink the milk? These are idiotic and I wish they would stop!

If the answer is well thought out and well expressed I would rate it UP, whether I agreed with it or not.
