idk if i'd recommend naming a child that. but it sounds masculine to me.

It probably won't be long before somebody calls their child antelope, I think it does have more of a feminine ring to it. There was a story in a British tabloid about a couple who had children called Peppermint, Echo, Eli, Rogue, Frodo, Morpheus, Artemis, Blackbird, Baudelaire and Voorhees. Antelope wouldn't be out of place.

Its an awful sounding word for a name, but to me it sounds more masculine. Maybe his sister could be called Gazelle.

i think it sounds feminine. it reminds me of "penelope" .. or like.. "aunt penelope" .. anTelopee err.. or something. anyway fem.
