Bruce Lee. Jackie Chan is wonderful but more of a performance artist than a professional fighter. Bruce Lee could do both.

Bruce Lee WAS better, but is now dead. Since Jackie Chan is the only one of the two who is alive, he IS better at martial arts now.

I believe there has never been anyone as good as Bruce Lee, he was 100% master of this art. Many have tried, but in MHO he was the best.
