I would be more exited if they actually follow through with it's promise,and can show proof that it did cut emissions.The issue might be also the amount of emissions they are willing to cut.If it is a minute amount it would do little to slow down global warming. It is important the the big three polluters,China,India and the US make concerted efforts to all cut emissions.
