Is the weather still bad in Scotland (end of November 2009)?

Yes still the usual rain. But they still have some flooding in the dumfries area. However the north west of England. ie. Cockermouth and Workington have been hit really hard with the floods. Eg. a 5 min walk to school is now a 2 hour drive due to bridges unsafe and collapsed
