Use the feedback button at the bottom of the page. Post there a message of the kind: "This user is a spam user: http://www.answerbag.com/profile/?id=1145464 They are only posting spam comments." (I just made it for you, by the way). It is better to give the link to their profile, because a username is not unique and an user could change their username.
