We had a swing on our backyard patio and the area was well-lit enough so that we could read easily. Summer evenings...after baths and dinner...sitting on that swing, reading, listening to the crickets. Magical! :)

Easter. I remember getting up on Easter morning and looking outside the window and the whole back yard would be full of color from the brightly colored eggs and candy. It was like a beautiful garden that had bloomed overnight. This happened every year and I looked forward to such a magic moment.

When I was a little girl I believed in fairy tales, that fantasy of what my life would be, white dress, prince charming who would carry me away to a castle on a hill. I would lie in bed at night and close my eyes and I had complete and utter faith. Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, Prince Charming, they were so close I could taste them, but eventually I grew up, one day I opened my eyes and the fairy tale disappeared. Most people turn to the things and people they can trust. But the thing is its hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely cause almost everyone has that smallest bit of hope, of faith, that one day they will open their eyes and it will come true. My fairytale did come true, the day I met you :-)
