Do Nepalis who look aryans-like north indians(NOT like orientals) live in sikkim and darjeeling, or only oriental nepalis(like lepchas, newars, etc) live in those 2 places?

There is something to be said for that. People were supposed to be primative back then. They gave what was considered their most valuable treasures. From the heart. That is how they thought. We should be more evolved now. More advanced. More spiritual. God is. God doesn't judge and God certainly would smile if we honored his creations rather than slaughter them.
