I think I finally have an answer for you. I remember this question coming up at school (many years ago!) most of us girls thought it was unlikely, whereas most of the boys said yes.
Now, the only variable to consider is the strength of the girl, as all testicles are the same texture, if not size.
One of my old classmates is a vetinary nurse who has access to the testicles of castrated dogs, and she tells me that the testicles of most large dogs are virtually identicle to those of a man. And almost every day she assists in the castration of a dog. She claims that, before disposing of the excised organs, she regurlarly squeezes them "just for the hell of it"! Apparently, when she first tried it, the organs flattened between her fingers leaving a permanent distortion, but they didn't actually rupture. She subsequently discovered that by holding the gland in the palm of her hand and pushing into it with her thumnail, she could invariably split the tough outer layer, and the testicle then turns almost inside-out. The inside of the organ, incidentally, is a mass of very fine tubes which are easily damaged. The toughness is confined only to the outer layer.
I'm convinced that this girl is being truthful in telling me this. Also, she is fairly confident that if she were to take a man's testicles, one in each hand, she could rupture them both with her perfected technique!
Of course, in a self-defence situation, a girl wouldn't have to go this far because, as is well documented, squeezing a man's testicles hard for anything over 30 seconds will cause him to lose conciousness letting you escape his clutches(and him yours!!!)

Absolutely not! You are not strong enough to rupture a healthy testicle by just squeezing it. Now you will f%#* us up! We will be your bitch till you let go or we pass out. We may not be able to enjoy sex for a while, but eventually will . Also you won’t make us sterile either.
If you want to do damage, you will have to look at a diagram of the testicles. Find where the epididymitis runs along and attaches to the testi. (A little difficult to do quickly and with clothing in the way) If you pinch down real hard there and try to tear it away, you will! The more you work at it the more damage you will do. That will take months to heal and hurts for weeks, even months! Our baby factories and love life will be shut down till they are healed also. If you have a hold of them bare naked, he probably has this (or worse) coming!
To cause even more damage, simply pull them straight down firmly! When they won’t stretch any further, FORCE THEM FURTHER! If you remember the testicle diagram the following will make sense. The first inch or so over stretch the tendons and connective tissue. The next couple inches will tear the epididymitis away from the testicle. At this point it will still be attached to some degree. The further you pull it, the more damage you do. Pull much further and we become permanently sterile or worse! Know you will have effed us up REAL BAD!! We won’t be able to run without pain. And even the littlest jump will feel like a kick in the testicles! But with A LOT of ice, wearing a support 24/7 for A LONG TIME. And if you didn’t rip them completely off. We will heal and most likely still be able to make babies EVENTUALLY. Once again if we are in that position, we probably deserve it!
REMEMBER, ONE TESTICLE IN EACH HAND, SQUEEZE AS HARD AS YOU CAN!!! AND NEVER QIUT SQUEEZING TILL HE IS UNCONSIOUS.
