The realization that the one you love, has died.

There is no limit to this.
How about:
Taking a hammer and smashing each bone in the body, stripping off the skin and gouging out the eyes and then being fed to a flaming fire after having lots of gasoline and acid poured on you and poisoned?
Next to marriage, I think burns. Wait, both are burns.
Childbirth then kidney stones
Castration
As I heard from a doctor the ache which is caused by heart attack is the worst pain one may experience.
Gangrene in my left leg when I was 11 years old, what hurt almost as bad was the 6 weeks I spent in hospital during summer vacation.
Same as Spicy.
Watching X-Factor whilst eating Marmite.
I don't know what the worst might be, but I do know the worst I ever experienced.
.
A few years ago, I broke my left elbow. The x-ray showed that it had been shattered into three pieces. I had to wait a week for the surgery to repair it.
.
It took my doctors two days to get my pain medication ramped up to the point it needed to be. (They did manage to get it down to a dull ache, which I really appreciated.) Until then, I was in more pain than I'd ever known in my life.
Passing a kidney stone or ripping a stye from your eye. I swear I wasn't trying to rhyme.
I had white phosphorus burns on my hands. It's the worst pain I've ever felt. The scar tissue had to be scraped away every few days, even morphine didn't work. +4
I've heard that it is childbirth.
Kidney stones.
Tooth Ace
A sunburn from extreme sun exposure.
speaking only from experience a severally sprained ancle took 1st place over two kidney stones
Heartache
gall bladder pain causes your stomache to feel like it is going to explode, your abdomial muscles feel like they are getting stabbed, your chest muscles cramp your lungs feel like someone 300.lbs is sitting on them, and your back muscles feel like you fell 3 stories flat. If you lay down it gets worse. If you do anything it gets worse, and if you do nothing it doesnt go away.
Passing a kidney stone is the worst pain imaginable. I used to volunteer in a hospital, and there was a patient who was rolling around on the floor in his room screaming in agony. I asked a nurse what was wrong with him, and she said that he was passing a kidney stone. Even most women will tell you that it's worse than child birth.
child birth
I was put in a jujitsu hold once where my bottom ribs were being squeezed. That was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.
For me it has been child birth and an abscessed tooth.
worst i ever experienced was a hydrocele (http://www.webmd.com/hw-popup/hydroceles)... it was like getting kicked in the nards nonstop
I would not know for sure but I'd guess it would be like the pain before death possibly.
But the worsed I know of would be childbirth, then ear ache from ear infection, then tooth ache.
