Don't go to desiskareoke.com, you'll buy a "guide" that tells you how to download 3 more programs, 1 of which you need a subscription for (20+ dollars a month)and when you talk to the customer service guys they get an attitude with ya. In addition to that you have to have/share 5 cdg's for one of the other things to work. Its too complicated for me, but hey if that's the kind of stuff you like to go through to get some kareoke go for it but don't tell them that... they'll tell you the guide and site "aren't complicated, it must be the user".

try desiskaraoke. i have been with them for a few months now and they are very helpful to me. i know that they have alot of custoer service agents that are not very likeable, but that's what happens when you go with a big company. whenever i have a question, they answer it. no complaints here.
