Yes, I have to keep moving and thinking. I hate being still. I don't have A.D.D. or any disorder. I just find stillness for too long boring and unproductive. Even at the beach I have to keep going in the water swimming and having fun or I feel I wasted my day.

Doing nothing is ok for awhile if I've been so busy I'm stressed. After awhile doing nothing drives me nuts. I need a lot of activity or input to keep my brain engaged.

GOD YES I have to do something regularly to keep my brain running. Even better is when I can do both my brain and body. Only times I actually go to sleep before 10 is when I've been working mentally and physically.

I am never actually doing nothing. I am physically active half the day, mentally active whenever I am awake and not physically active.

If you're doing "Nothing," then you're not expending any energy, right? Being asleep is "doing nothing," mostly, and even if you are tossing and turning in your sleep, you are still doing nothing. +5
