Sucks!... but goes to show if you put your life out there for ALL the world to see , its going to come back and bite you on the arse!

That said, a single picture (or even more than one) of someone having FUN, DOES NOT mean they are not depressed, or "suffering from a major depression". When she left the club, did she spend the rest of the night laughing and smiling, or frowning and crying? Besides that, her doctor said she should TRY to have fun. In other words, it's a ridiculous ruling.
