Impossible to say. I have visited many on all the Continents except North and South and I could not say one is the best.
I love Turkey and Switzerland and the USA and Brazil and Australia and India oh and loads more.
There are still so many I have not visited maybe the best in one of those.

Germany, Austria, Scandinavia.
You know those countrries that are rich and have pretty landscape and cities and are not in the headlines too often and don't make scenes in international organizations...

I'm British, but i would have to say Canada, they have everything, a high standard of living, loads of open space, beautiful scenery, buzzing cities, lovely friendly people and as a bonus they mostly speak English.
