How can I switch the outside temperature reading from Fahrenheit to Celsius in a 2004 Ford Explorer?

I have an Expedition and they are practically the same vehicle, mine just has a little button that has "c/f" and you just push it to change from celcius to fahrenheit. If you can't find it, check the ownders manual. Good luck.
