yea. I want my food clean. You can not be sure the people serving the food always wash their hands.

YES; they most certainly ARE in MOST places ... I have seen several food preparers "scratching" etc and NOT washing their hands OR wearing gloves ... so I've REPORTED them ... +5

No. Products used for food are pretty dirty by the time they are "prepared". Wearing gloves only gives the consumer a false sense of security. The good news is we can probably handle the normal level of contamination.
