Maybe they just have a preference for white women. There's no rule that states you can only be attracted to your "own kind".
I don't know many black women, but their stereotype is most certainly off-putting to any man, be he black, white, or orange.

I don't know about the percentage but it's most likely because they leave themselves open to the possibilities. Black men in general were not raised with the cultural restraints that black women were. I would bet money if celebrity black women were interested in dating non black men or white men in particular, they would have one.
