Help answer this question below.

For about a week, when I try logging onto my ebt account with the website I listed, I get this message " "We are unable to complete your request. Please try again later or contact customer service." There's no contact option, anyone else having this?

Shouldn't there be a contact number on the back of the ebt card? Or maybe you need to contact your case worker.
