    A shout without knowledge is a protest

    I would say charisma. With charisma, you can be socially accepted without confidence. Confidence without charisma pisses people off.

    Confidence is the only one of the two that can be a goal. Charisma is something you are born with, if you don't have it you're not going to get it. +4
