yup, i have 3 18" subs in my truck, so to answer your question, i know the have 18's

MTX makes a sub called the Jack Hammer. Its a 22" sub woofer. Not only is it expensive. but I cost alot to actually install it. You will need a new battery or 2, new altinator, Huge amps, and someone to reinforce youre speaker box, cause it will just blow itself out of a wood box.

audiobahn make a variety of huge woofers.. the largest ive seen in a catalogue of theirs was 34"

Radio Shack carried 18" speakers several years ago. I discovered that it would also make a good microphone.
