Looking back over the past 90 years and the Russian Revolution in particular, it looked like it would deliver a new way of life for the people after the Tsars/Czars were gotten rid of, but it didn't. It was a case of, out of the frying pan and into the fire. Just take a look at North Korea and China today, two brutal regimes.
